Degradable wind-shielding and sand-fixing sponge ring and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a degradable wind-blocking sand-fixing sponge ring and a preparation method thereof. The degradable wind-blocking sand-fixing sponge ring is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of desert sand, 45-55 parts of Wuhai red clay, 7-11 parts of front flag feldspar, 5-10 parts of Wuchuan feldspar, 10-15 parts of carbonaceous coal gangue, 5-10 parts of calcium silicate fly ash, 3-10 parts of pore-forming agent and 0.2-0.4 part of organic binder CMC. The desert sand comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 74.15% of SiO2, 9.66% of Al2O3, 3.07% of Fe2O3, 0.47% of TiO2, 3.38% of CaO, 1.26% of MgO, 2.36% of K2O, 1.94% of Na2O and 3.43% of ignition loss. Main raw materials are taken from local natural waste or industrial solid waste in desert areas, waste is turned into wealth, and the prepared sponge ring not only can block wind and stabilize sand, but also can be weathered and degraded into powder along with thenature along with the growth of plants, returns to the nature and does not generate secondary solid waste pollution.
