Anti-ponding asphalt pavement construction method
The invention discloses an anti-ponding asphalt pavement construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation: comprehensively cleaning the surface of a pavement baselayer on a construction site, blowing off floating ash by arranging 2-3 forest fire extinguishing blowers into an oblique line along the longitudinal direction to ensure that aggregates on the surfaceof the pavement base layer are exposed, and preparing asphalt, aggregates, mineral aggregate and an anti-rut agent; S2, raw material preparation: stirring and mixing asphalt, aggregate, mineral aggregate and an anti-rut agent in a mixing station to obtain an asphalt mixture; s3, measuring and setting out: setting out sample piles along the center line of the pavement base and a quarter of the width of the pavement base, and marking out the paving thickness of the bituminous mixture and a control datum line for guiding the operation trend and elevation of a paver; after the construction methodis adopted, by adding the anti-rut agent, the anti-rut performance of the asphalt mixture is remarkably improved, and meanwhile other performance requirements of the asphalt mixture are met.
本发明公开了一种防积水沥青路面施工方法,S1施工准备:对施工现场的路面基层表面进行全面清扫,再采用2‑3台森林灭火鼓风机沿纵向排成斜线将浮灰吹净,保证路面基层表面骨料外露,准备沥青、集料、矿料和抗车辙剂;S2原料制备:将沥青、集料、矿料和抗车辙剂在拌和站内进行搅拌混合,得到沥青混合料;S3测量放样:沿路面基层中心线和四分之一路面基层宽度处设置样桩,标出沥青混合料摊铺厚度以及引导摊铺机运行走向和标高的控制基准线;采用上述施工方法后,通过增加抗车辙剂,显著提高沥青混合料抗车辙性能,同时满足沥青混合料其他性能要求。
