The invention relates to an urban ponding pavement footbridge which comprises a bridge body and a telescopic frame, the bridge body is slidably connected with the telescopic frame, a mounting groove is formed in the bottom end of the bridge body, a rotating seat is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the mounting groove through a bearing, supporting legs are fixedly connected to one side of the rotating seat, a sliding groove is formed in one side of the bridge body, and the supporting legs are fixedly connected to the other side of the bridge body. A pull rod is slidably connected to the inner wall of the sliding groove, a first limiting sliding groove is formed in one side of the bridge body, and a second limiting sliding groove is formed in one side of the bridge body.
