Asphalt pavement maintenance process
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement maintenance process. The asphalt pavement maintenance process comprises the following steps: mixing production of an asphalt mixture, transportation of theasphalt mixture, paving of the asphalt mixture and compaction of the asphalt mixture. Firstly, the mixing machine is used for uniformly stirring the mixture, so that the phenomena of blooming, cakingor serious coarse and fine material separation are avoided, and the generation of waste gas materials is reduced; and secondly, when the materials are discharged from the mixing machine to the material conveying vehicle, the materials are loaded in three times by one vehicle, so that the segregation phenomenon of coarse and fine aggregates is reduced, and the production rate of wastes is further reduced. Compared with the prior art, the pavement maintenance process adopting the scheme has the advantages that the situation that the bituminous mixture is separated or agglomerated during mixing or transportation or the mixture stays on a vehicle during unloading of a material transporting vehicle is greatly reduced, and the bituminous mixture is buckled on a carriage by adopting double-layertarpaulin or felt or cotton blanket during transportation; and the four corners of the vehicle groove are firmly sealed, so that the paving temperature or a mixture wetted by rainwater is reduced, thewaste of materials is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面养护工艺，包括以下步骤：沥青混合料的拌和生产、沥青混合料的运输、沥青混合料的摊铺和沥青混合料的压实。首先，拌和机将混合料搅拌均匀，无花白料，无结团成块或严重的粗细料分离现象，减少了废气料的产生；其次，从拌和机向运料车上放料时，通过一车料分分三次装载，减轻粗细集料的离析现象，进而降低了废料的产生率。与现有技术相比，采用本方案的路面养护工艺，大大降低了沥青混合料在拌和或运输时因已经离析或结团或在运料车辆卸料时滞留于车上的混合料，而运输时采用双层蓬布或毛毡或棉毯扣在车厢上，并且车槽四角密封坚固均降低了铺筑温度或被雨水淋湿的混合料，从而减少了物料的浪费，降低了成本。
