The invention discloses a slip form concrete continuous pouring vehicle set and a pouring method. The vehicle set comprises a mixer truck and a sliding mode machine which are arranged front and back,and the mixer truck is connected with the sliding mode machine through a connecting rod. A discharging mechanism of the mixer truck is in lap joint with a feeding mechanism of the sliding mode machine, and continuous conveying of materials from the mixer truck to the slip form machine is achieved. The sliding mode machine and the mixer truck are connected into a whole through the connecting rod, so that the sliding mode machine and the mixer truck can synchronously walk, uninterrupted continuous conveying and pouring are realized, the construction efficiency and quality of sliding mode concrete continuous pouring are improved, and meanwhile, the problem of concrete scattering is solved.
