Concrete for slip form pouring and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses concrete for slip form pouring and a preparation method of the concrete. The concrete for slip form pouring is prepared by taking aggregate, cement, sand, a microcapsule type polycarboxylate-type water reducing agent, nano calcium carbonate and basalt fibers as main raw materials and uniformly stirring the main raw materials through a concrete stirrer. According to the present invention, through the proper raw material ratio, the types and the use amounts of an adhesive and an admixture (the water reducing agent) suitable for the slip form pouring concrete are selected,such that the working performance of fresh mixed concrete is excellent, the slump loss is significantly reduced, the slump is controlled within 180-230 mm, and the strength is high; the pumpability of the concrete is good, and construction is facilitated; and the manufacturing process is simple, the material source is wide, the concrete is suitable for large-scale production, cast-in-place and factory prefabrication can be achieved, and the concrete has great market application and popularization value.
本发明公开了一种用于滑模浇筑的混凝土及其制备方法,通过以骨料、水泥、砂子、微胶囊型聚羧酸系减水剂、纳米碳酸钙和玄武岩纤维为主要原料经过混凝土搅拌机搅拌均匀而制成用于滑模浇筑的混凝土。本发明通过恰当的原料配比,优选出适合用于滑模浇筑混凝土的胶黏剂、外加剂(减水剂)种类及用量,该新拌混凝土工作性能优异,坍落度损失明显降低,使坍落度控制在180~230mm内,同时具有较高的强度;且该混凝土的可泵性良好,有利于施工;并且本发明制作工艺简单、材料来源广泛,适于大规模生产,既可现场浇筑,也可工厂预制,极具市场应用与推广价值。
