The invention discloses an uneven pavement pretreatment device for highway widening construction in the technical field of highway construction. The device comprises a bearing assembly including a guide vertical plate, a movable frame assembly and processing assemblies, wherein a movable support is driven by an adjusting cylinder; the movable frame assembly includes a left frame and a right frame,and the left frame and the right frame are both notch type rectangular frames; and the processing assemblies are arranged on the platforms on the top surfaces of the left frame and the right frame respectively. The processing assemblies are moved to a height flush with the original roadbed ground through the movable support and the movable frame assembly, when the ground protrudes, a soil crushing disc works, crushed soil residues are sucked into an upper shell, when the ground sinks, trowelling operation is performed through a trowelling disc, and a different-direction rotating rod structureis synchronously driven to rotate; and residual branches of trees in protruding blocks are discharged to the two sides, the situation that the soil crushing disc is stuck is avoided, subsequent concrete pouring is smoother, working efficiency is improved, and labor intensity is reduced.
本发明公开了公路建设技术领域的一种公路加宽建设用不平整路面预处理装置，包括，承载组件，包括导向竖板，所述活动支架通过调节气缸驱动；移动框架组件，包括左框架和右框架，所述左框架和右框架均为缺口型矩形框架；处理组件，所述处理组件分设于左框架和右框架顶面的平台上；本发明通过活动支架和移动框架组件将处理组件移动至与原有路基地面平齐的高度，遇到地面凸起时，使得碎土盘工作，并将破碎后的碎土渣吸入上壳体内，当遇到地面凹陷时，并通过抹平盘进行抹平作业，同步带动异向转动杆结构转动，对凸块中的树木残枝向两侧排出，避免造成碎土盘卡死的情况，使得后续的混凝土浇筑更加顺利，提高了工作效率，降低了劳动强度。
