Construction method for widening rural highway pavement in pluvial area
The invention relates to a construction method for widening a rural highway pavement in a rainy area, which comprises the following steps: the material components, density and water content of a widened section roadbed are the same as those of a same horizontal layer of an old roadbed, holes are drilled in the middle of the side surface of a cement concrete layer of the old roadbed at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and steel bars are planted at intervals of 40-50cm; then uniformly arranging a layer of SBS anti-cracking paste along the seam; a rubber stress absorption layer with the thickness of 1-1.5 cm is paved on the upper end face of the new road cement concrete layer and the upper end face of the old road cement concrete layer; a graded RAP material, aggregate, mineral powder, new asphalt and a regenerant material are subjected to hot-state mixing, then an asphalt concrete surface layer located at the upper end of the rubber stress absorbing layer is laid, and the thickness ranges from 5 cm to 8 cm. Water damage caused by rainwater is prevented, damage to joints is delayed, the probability of cracks is reduced, and the use performance and durability of the pavement are improved.
本发明涉及一种多雨地区农村公路路面加宽施工方法,包括如下步骤,加宽段路基的材料组分、密度和含水率应与旧路基的同水平层的材料组分、密度和含水率相同,旧路水泥混凝土层的侧面中部纵路向呈间隔距离钻孔植筋,相邻植筋间距40~50cm,而后沿接缝处均匀布置一层SBS防裂贴;对新、旧路水泥混凝土层上端面摊铺一层1~1.5cm厚橡胶应力吸收层;用级配RAP物料、骨料、矿粉与新沥青、再生剂材料进行热态拌合,然后铺筑位于橡胶应力吸收层上端的沥青混凝土面层,厚度5~8cm。本发明防止雨水造成的水损害,延缓接缝处损坏,减少裂缝发生的几率,提高了路面的使用性能和耐久性量。
