The invention discloses an intelligent environmental sanitation garbage collection robot which comprises a vehicle frame, a collection barrel, a main lifting mechanism, a transverse moving mechanism,an auxiliary lifting mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a battery, a controller module and a camera. The collection barrel is arranged at the top of a vehicle frame, the clamping mechanism is used for clamping and releasing garbage, and the main lifting mechanism is connected with the transverse moving mechanism; and the main lifting mechanism is used for controlling lifting of the transverse movingmechanism, the clamping mechanism is connected with the transverse moving mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism is used for enabling the clamping mechanism to move transversely so that the clamping mechanism can throw garbage into the collection barrel, and the auxiliary lifting mechanism is connected between the clamping mechanism and the transverse moving mechanism so as to achieve fine adjustment of the height of the clamping mechanism. A battery provides electric energy for operation of the intelligent environmental sanitation garbage collection robot, the controller module is used for controlling operation of the intelligent environmental sanitation garbage collection robot, and the camera is arranged on the front side of the vehicle frame and used for shooting images of the front road surface. The garbage collection robot can replace sanitation workers to sweep road garbage, and the working efficiency is high.
