The invention discloses a rock breaking pile foundation construction method, and relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction. The rock breaking pile foundation construction method comprises the steps that a plasma rock breaking device is adopted for rock breaking construction to obtain an initial pile foundation hole; wall trimming and hole cleaning are performed on the initialpile foundation hole by adopting a rotary drilling rig to obtain a final pile foundation hole; a reinforcement cage is placed into the final pile foundation hole through hoisting; and concrete is poured into the final pile foundation hole where the reinforcement cage is placed through hoisting. The pile foundation construction method is simple in process, easy to operate and not prone to accidents, through mutual cooperation of two rock breaking devices, the method can adapt to drilling of rock strata with different hardness, the rock breaking pile foundation construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the construction cost is reduced.
