The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, determining a pouring point for backfilling the fertilizer tank according to distribution conditions of a site road and a raw material soil stacking area;S2, installing a stirring unit; S3, preparing curing agent slurry by mixing cement, a curing agent and water; S5, transporting the raw material soil to raw material screening and metering equipment through a loading machine; S7, stirring the curing agent slurry and the screened raw material soil to a uniform viscous state by the cured soil stirring equipment to form solidified soil; and S8, backfilling the solidified soil into the fertilizer groove from the pouring point. Based on the liquidity characteristic of solidified soil, the problem that in conventional backfilling, a foundation pit fertilizer tank is narrow in space and cannot be tamped for backfilling can be solved, meanwhile, the solidified soil contains cement, has certain impermeability and can prevent runoff of underground water, and therefore the waterproof effect of an underground building is improved.
