The invention provides a slurry filling interlayer method building fertilizer tank backfilling construction method. A cement slurry pump is used for pouring and tamping stirred and filtered slurry into waste residues which are virtually filled in a fertilizer tank, a layer of waste residues is filled, a layer of slurry is poured, the slurry flows and permeates into the waste residues, a compact waste residue and slurry mixture is formed, the mixture is solidified to form a cement waste residue solidified body, and the functional requirements for the strength, the seepage resistance, the shrinkage resistance and the falling resistance of fertilizer tank filling can be met. The slurry comprises cement slurry, double-liquid slurry or chemical slurry. The method has the advantages that the construction speed is high, and the construction cost is low; the crushed waste residues in the fertilizer tank are easily poured, permeated and solidified to form the cement waste residue solidified body, the functional requirements for the strength, the seepage resistance, the shrinkage resistance and the falling resistance of fertilizer tank filling can be met, and the strength of the cement waste residue solidified body can reach 0.4-2.0MPa; and the permeability coefficient reaches 1.0*10<-6>cm/s; steel beams can be disassembled and recycled on the premise of ensuring safety, and economic and environmental protection benefits are obvious.
