Construction method of underground passage closely attached to existing underground structure
The invention discloses a construction method of an underground passage closely attached to an existing underground structure. The construction comprises the following steps that firstly, a soil bodyabove an existing underground structure is reinforced to form an upper reinforcing layer, and then open-cut area construction is conducted; an open-cut area structure bottom plate is poured and a freezing pipe is constructed in the open-cut area; an outer side structure side wall far away from one side of the existing underground structure is built back; a soil-remaining covering excavation area soil body is excavated to the bottom position of the structural top plate of the corresponding newly-built underground passage; after vertical temporary supports are erected, a structure top plate is poured; then freezing construction is started through a freezing pipe; the residual soil body of the soil-remaining covering excavation area is excavated to the bottom of the designed foundation pit; anewly-built cover-excavation area structure bottom plate is poured at the bottom of the designed foundation pit; meanwhile, an inner side structure side wall tightly attached to one side of the existing underground structure is built back; and finally, freezing construction is stopped, and earthing and backfilling are conducted to the designed elevation. According to the construction method, theinfluence of newly-built channel construction on the existing underground structure can be greatly reduced, and structural safety and operation safety of the existing underground structure are guaranteed.
本发明公开了紧贴既有地下结构的地下通道施工方法;步骤如下:先对既有地下结构上方的土体实施加固形成上方加固层,然后进行明挖区域施工;在明挖区域浇筑明挖区域结构底板以及施工冰冻管;回筑远离既有地下结构一侧的外侧结构侧墙;开挖留土盖挖区域土体至对应新建地下通道的结构顶板的底部位置;在架设竖向临时支撑后,浇筑结构顶板;然后,通过冰冻管开始冻结施工;开挖留土盖挖区域剩余土体至设计基坑底;在设计基坑底浇筑新建盖挖区域结构底板;同时回筑紧贴既有地下结构一侧的内侧结构侧墙;最后,终止冻结施工,覆土回填至设计标高。本发明能够大幅减少新建通道施工对既有地下结构的影响,保证既有地下结构的结构安全及运营安全。
