Existing underground passage widening process
The invention discloses an existing underground passage widening process. The process comprises the following steps: S1, delimiting a boundary of a new underground passage and an old underground passage; s2, foundation pit supports are arranged in the new and old tunnel boundary and the new underground passage setting side boundary, foundation pit excavation is conducted, an existing passage is reserved in the excavation process, an old deformation joint at the new and old tunnel boundary is broken, and the existing passage is separated from an existing underground passage body; s3, the foundation pit is leveled, and the bottom of the foundation pit is leveled to form a sliding way; s4, pushing equipment is arranged in the foundation pit, and the existing channel is pushed to the new underground channel setting side boundary along the slide way; s5, adding a standard section between the existing channel main body structure and the pushed existing channel, and constructing a new deformation joint; and S6, foundation pit backfilling is conducted, concrete is poured between the standard section and the existing underground passage body to form a new underground passage body, foundation pit backfilling is conducted, and the temporary retaining wall and the foundation pit support are removed. The existing channel can be utilized to the maximum extent, the construction cost is reduced, and the structure construction progress is effectively accelerated.
