Multi-layer basement design and construction method and semi-fabricated multi-layer basement
The invention provides a multi-layer basement design and construction method and a semi-fabricated multi-layer basement. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a basement bottom plate is constructed in a cast-in-place mode; then basement side plates and a basement top plate are constructed; and then a basement interlayer is constructed by adopting a prefabricated structure, and the upper structure of the building can be constructed simultaneously. The construction is different from the layer-by-layer construction sequence from bottom to top in the existing cast-in-place technology, the basement bottom plate and the basement top plate are firstly constructed, and then the basement interlayer is constructed. Due to the fact that the basement middle layer serves as the post-constructioninterlayer, after the basement structure is not constructed but construction of the basement top plate and the basement bottom plate is completed, conditions are provided for construction of the upper structure, and therefore, the construction period of the whole building is shortened.
本发明提供了一种多层地下室设计施工方法和一种半装配式多层地下室,其方法是先采用现浇的方式施工地下室底板;然后施工地下室侧板和顶板;再采用预制装配式结构施工地下室夹层,并可以同时施工建筑上部结构。本施工不同于现有的现浇技术从下到上逐层施工的顺序,而是先施工地下室底板和顶板,然后再施工地下室夹层。由于采用了将地下室中间层作为后施工夹层的做法,在地下室结构尚未施工完毕,但已经完成地下室顶板和底板的施工后,就具备条件进行上部结构的施工,因此,缩短了整栋楼的建设工期。
