The invention provides an assembly type buckle. The assembly type buckle comprises a fixing plate, a connecting frame, and a buckle, wherein the connecting frame comprises at least two connecting plates, the side surface of the buckle is in an arc shape, and the two ends of the connecting plates are connected with the fixing plate and the buckle correspondingly. The invention further provides a mounting structure of the assembly type buckle. The mounting structure comprises the above assembly type buckle, a transverse keel, a vertical keel and a wall plate, wherein the vertical keel is fixed to a base layer wall body, the transverse keel is connected with the vertical keel, the assembly type buckle is fixed to the reverse side of the wall plate, and the buckle is connected with the transverse keel in a clamped mode. Compared with the prior art, the assembly type buckle and the mounting structure thereof have the following advantages that adhesive connection is not needed, mounting is convenient and fast, the mounting quality is good, the construction efficiency is high, and the replacement is convenient.
