The invention provides an assembly type movable buckle. The assembly type movable buckle comprises a connecting plate, a positioning frame, a clamping plate, and an extendable spring, wherein the positioning frame is arranged on one side of the connecting plate, the clamping plate is movably connected with the positioning frame up and down, the bottom of the extendable spring is fixedly connectedwith the bottom surface of the positioning frame, and the top of the extendable spring is fixedly connected with the bottom of the clamping plate. The invention further provides a mounting structure of the assembly type movable buckle. The mounting structure comprises a keel, the assembly type movable buckle and a wall plate, wherein the wall plate is connected with the connecting plate, the innerside of the keel is fixedly connected to a base layer wall body, and the assembly type movable buckle is inserted into the keel. Compared with the prior art, the mounting structure has the advantagesof being rapid in mounting, good in flatness during mounting, better in mounting quality, high in construction efficiency and convenient to replace.
