The invention discloses a concrete pouring method for reducing cracks, and belongs to the field of building construction. The concrete pouring method comprises the following construction steps of: (1)mixing and stirring the following components: medium-low heat cement or fly ash cement with the concentration of 350kg/m< 3 > to 450kg/m< 3 >, an active admixture, a pumping agent, an admixture, a coagulation accelerator and water, wherein the unit water consumption is controlled to be 170kg/m< 3 >, and the water cement ratio is controlled to be 0.6 or below; (2) watering a base layer and a template thoroughly to avoid absorption of water in concrete; (3) performing blanking and pouring in batches, and performing vibration and compaction after each pouring; (4) performing secondary plasteringand pressing; and finally, covering or spraying a concrete curing agent by adopting a wet plastic film; and (5) performing temperature monitoring. According to the concrete pouring method, the cracksgenerated in the concrete pouring process are effectively reduced through the steps, and the durability and the bearing capacity of a concrete structure are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种减少裂缝产生的混凝土浇筑方法,属于建筑施工领域。本发明包括以下施工步骤:(1)将以下成分进行混合搅拌:中低热水泥或者分煤灰水泥350kg/m³‑450kg/m³、活性掺合料、泵送剂、掺合料、促凝剂、水,单位用水量控制在170kg/m³内,水灰比控制在0.6以下;(2)将基层和模板浇水湿透,避免吸收混凝土中的水分;(3)分次进行下料浇铸,每次浇铸后进行振捣密实;(4)二次抹压;最后采用潮湿的塑料薄膜覆盖或喷涂混凝土养护剂;(5)温度监控。本发明通过以上步骤有效的减少混凝土浇铸过程中产生的裂缝,保证混凝土结构的耐久性和承载能力。
