The invention discloses a method for preventing temperature cracks of layered pouring concrete, which comprises the following steps: step S1, pouring a layer of super-retarding self-leveling mortar on lower layer concrete, the super-retarding self-leveling mortar comprising a super-retarding water reducing agent; s2, after the super-retarding self-leveling mortar is leveled, upper-layer concrete with the thickness smaller than or equal to 20 cm is poured on the super-retarding self-leveling mortar, and the upper-layer concrete is compacted through vibration; s3, top-layer concrete continues to be poured on the upper-layer concrete according to the layering thickness larger than or equal to 30 cm and smaller than or equal to 50 cm, and the top-layer concrete is compacted through vibration; and S4, after 48 hours to 72 hours, mold removal and maintenance are conducted. The super-retarding self-leveling mortar greatly weakens the tensile stress of concrete caused by shrinkage due to temperature drop, so that temperature cracks generated by pouring concrete on the upper layer are avoided.
