The invention relates to the related field of guide pipes, and discloses a pouring guide pipe lifting device capable of automatically adjusting the position of a pouring outlet. The device comprises amain box body, a rotating block is connected in the main box body in a running fit manner, and a guide pipe through cavity with an upward opening and extending downwards to penetrate through the rotating block to reach a downward opening is formed in the upper side of a clamping transmission shaft. Torsional spring cavities which are bilaterally symmetrical about the center of the through cavityof the guide pipe are formed in the upper side of the rotating block, ejection block cavities with downward openings are formed in the sides, close to the through cavity of the guide pipe, of the torsional spring cavities, and the guide pipe is driven to ascend continuously through vertical reciprocating motion of the lifting block, so that a cement outlet of the guide pipe ascends along with cement pouring plane. Meanwhile, the stirring rod is rotated to uninterruptedly stir the undried cement, so that all components in the cement are uniformly mixed, the flowability of the cement is improved, the cement pouring efficiency is improved, and the pouring quality is further improved.
