The invention relates to the technical field of parking, in particular to a three-dimensional parking system combined with roadside greening and a sidewalk. The three-dimensional parking system comprises a frame, positioning guide devices, a suspension lifting device, suspension arm cross beams and a bearing bottom plate used for containing a parked vehicle. The bearing bottom plate can ascend ordescend in the vertical direction through the suspension lifting device. The suspension lifting device is installed on the suspension arm cross beams, and the positioning guide devices are used for driving the suspension arm cross beams to move in the horizontal direction so that the bearing bottom plate can synchronously and horizontally move. According to the three-dimensional parking system combined with the roadside greening and the sidewalk, the number of parking spaces in a community can be effectively increased under the conditions that use of roads in the community is not affected andthe greening area is not damaged and reduced, and the problem that parking in the community is difficult is effectively solved; and the community environment is beautified and improved, and meanwhilepotential safety hazards caused by the fact that road parking occupies a fire safety passageway are reduced and eliminated.
