The invention discloses an adjustable damping rotating shaft hinge device, and relates to the technical field of hinges. The device comprises a rotating shaft fixedly arranged at the right end of a main hinge; fan blades are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the outer wall of a damping shaft in the circumferential direction; a combined body of the rotating shaft and an impeller damper is hermetically and rotatably connected with a storage shell; the storage shell is filled with shear thickening fluid; a push plate is slidably connected to the upper portion of the inner wall of the storage shell in the vertical direction; a lead screw nut is fixedly mounted in a mounting hole; a concentration adjusting lead screw is connected into the lead screw nut in an meshed mode; circulating openings are uniformly formed in the top end of the push plate in the circumferential direction; and the top end and the bottom end of the push plate are connected with a main sponge mat and an auxiliary spongemat respectively. The device has the beneficial effects that when the hinge is opened and closed, the impeller damper is driven by the rotating shaft to rotate in the storage shell so as to stir andimpact the shear thickening fluid, so that the shear thickening fluid is solidified, resistance is provided for the impeller damper to provide damping for the hinge, then the damping of the hinge is adjusted by controlling the concentration of the shear thickening fluid, with convenient and fast operation; and use is more flexible, and maintenance is easy.
