The double-shaft rotating arm hinge is composed of a rotating arm hinge part, a door leaf hinge connecting plate assembly and a rotating shaft B, the rotating arm hinge component is composed of a door frame installation base, a rotating arm assembly, a rotating shaft A and a plane gasket A or a plane bearing, the door frame installation base is a pair of supporting feet of a symmetrical structure, a shaft hole A and an installation hole A are formed in the door frame installation base, and the rotating arm assembly is connected with the shaft hole A in the door frame installation base through the rotating shaft A; rotating shafts A are fixedly riveted or welded on two outer end surfaces of shaft holes A of the door frame mounting seat, and plane gaskets A or plane bearings are arranged on the inner sides of the shaft holes A at the upper and lower ends of the door frame mounting seat and are fixedly mounted with the rotating shafts A to form a rotating arm hinge part; the door leaf hinge connecting plate assembly is connected with the end D of the shaft hole in the rotating arm hinge component through a rotating shaft B.
