The invention discloses a production process of a high-strength post-tensioned reinforced concrete electric pole and the electric pole. The electric pole comprises a box body. When the electric pole is used, through mutual cooperation of a hand-cranking wheel, a first rotating rod, a first groove wheel, a second belt, a double-groove wheel, a circular pipe and a threaded rod, the height of a collecting groove is adjusted, and chippings generated during cutting can be collected conveniently; through mutual cooperation of screws and nuts, the collecting groove is convenient to disassemble; through mutual cooperation of a second groove wheel, a second rotating rod, a rotating disc, a first rectangular groove, a movable plate and a vertical rod, a motor and a cutting saw blade move left and right, so that damage caused by exposure is avoided; chippings are pushed into an inner cavity of the collecting groove through mutual cooperation of the motor, a third grooved wheel, a first belt, a fourth groove wheel, a worm, a worm wheel, a first movable rod, a second movable rod, a second rectangular groove and a brush, so that labor force is saved; and the spraying area is increased through mutual cooperation of a servo motor, a gear, a rack, a fixing plate, a connecting rod and a spraying head, so that the working efficiency of the device is improved.
