Manufacturing process of prestressed FRP reinforced concrete pipe pile
The invention relates to a manufacturing process of a prestressed FRP reinforced concrete pipe pile. In the manufacturing process, a moving device, an unwinding device, a guiding device, a traction device and a locking device are used. The moving device is arranged on the left side of a steam curing pool, the unwinding device is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the moving device, the guiding device is arranged on the right side of the unwinding device, the locking device is fixedly connected to the right end of the unwinding device, and the traction device is connected to the upper end of the locking device. The manufacturing process can solve the problems that when an existing prestressed FRP reinforced concrete pipe pile is subjected to steam curing, the hoisting mode may havethe defects that (a), a special lifting hook is adopted to hook two ends of a prestressed FRP reinforced concrete pipe pile mold for hoisting, the lifting hook and the mold need to be used in cooperation, once the lifting hook is damaged, replacement is tedious, and consequently the hoisting efficiency is low; and (b), after hoisting is completed, the lifting hook needs to be manually taken down from the prestressed FRP reinforced concrete pipe pile mold, labor and time are wasted, inconvenience is caused, and consequently the hoisting efficiency is low.
本发明涉及一种预应力FRP钢筋混凝土管桩制作工艺,包括移动装置、放卷装置、导向装置、牵引装置和锁紧装置,所述的移动装置设置在蒸养池的左侧,移动装置的上端面固定连接有放卷装置,放卷装置的右侧设置有导向装置,放卷装置的右端固定连接有锁紧装置,锁紧装置的上端连接有牵引装置。本发明可以解决现有的预应力FRP钢筋混凝土管桩在进行蒸养时的吊装方式可能会存在以下弊端:a.采用专用吊钩勾住预应力FRP钢筋混凝土管桩模具的两端进行吊装,需吊钩和模具配套使用,一旦吊钩损坏,更换较为繁琐,造成吊装效率较低;b.当吊装完成后,需人工将吊钩从预应力FRP钢筋混凝土管桩模具上取下,费力费时,十分不便,导致吊装效率较低等难题。
