The invention relates to a system for manufacturing a prestressed precast reinforced concrete pipe pile skeleton. The system comprises a bottom plate, placing devices and clamping devices, wherein theplacing devices are connected to the left side and the right side of the upper end of the bottom plate; a threaded rod is arranged at the opposite sides of the placing devices, and the threaded rod is located above the bottom plate; and a pair of clamping devices is arranged at the outer side of the threaded rod, the clamping device at the left side is in threaded connection with the threaded rod, and the clamping device at the right side is rotationally connected with the threaded rod. Through fixing of the clamping devices, reinforcing steel bars of different specifications and sizes can befixed, and meanwhile, the distance between the reinforcing steel bars can be adjusted conveniently; meanwhile, through arrangement of the placing devices, the two ends of each reinforcing steel bar can be fixed more stably; and first threaded rods move upwards in corresponding threaded pipes by adjusting upward movement of stabilization mechanisms and rotating the first threaded rods, and the distance between clamping mechanisms is increased, thereby manufacturing pipe pile bones of different specifications.
本发明涉及一种预应力预制钢筋混凝土管桩骨架制作系统,包括底板、放置装置和夹持装置,所述底板的上端左右两侧均连接有放置装置,放置装置的相对的一侧设有螺纹杆,螺纹杆位于底板的上方,螺纹杆的外侧设有一对夹持装置,左侧的夹持装置与螺纹杆螺纹连接,右侧的夹持装置与螺纹杆转动连接,本发明通过夹持装置的固定,可固定不通规格大小的钢筋,同时便于调节钢筋之间的距离,同时放置装置的设置,可使钢筋的两端固定的更稳定,本发明通过调节稳定机构的上移,再转动第一螺纹杆,使第一螺纹杆在螺纹管的内部上移,并使夹持机构之间的距离增加,从而制作不同规格的管桩骨。
