Preparation method of high-strength high-temperature-resistant bonding glaze
The invention provides a method for preparing high-strength high-temperature-resistant bonding glaze. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting 25-45 wt% of quartz, 10-40wt% of zirconite, 0.5-4 wt% of albite, 0.5-4 wt% of potassium feldspar, 1-5 wt% of talc, 10-25 wt% of aluminum oxide, 0.5-1 wt% of titanium oxide, 0.5-1 wt% of hematite, 0.1-0.5 wt% of calcium phosphate and 0.5-1 wt% of calcium fluoride as raw materials, totaling 100 wt%; (2) respectively carrying out ball milling on the raw materials for 8-10h, and sieving with a 150-250-mesh sieve; (3) mixing the sieved components, and carrying out ball milling for 20-24h to obtain a base glaze; and (4) mixing the base glaze with water according to a weight ratio of (5-20): 1, and carrying out ball milling for 4-8h to obtain the high-strength high-temperature-resistant bonding glaze. The high-strength high-temperature-resistant bonding glaze obtained according to the method is particularly suitable for packaging zirconia flanges and alumina-based metal needles.
