High-strength wear-resistant glaze water and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreating raw materials: drying quartz powder, kaolin, calcite powder, talcum powder, feldspar powder, composite powder, magnesium oxide, copper oxide and sodium tripolyphosphate in a drying oven, and weighing according to the weight for later use; 2, grinding and mixing the raw materials; and step 3, preparing the glaze water: adjusting the solid content, and fully mixing to obtain the high-strength wear-resistant glaze water. Different from the conventional ceramic glaze, the self-made coated composite powder is also added, and compared with the conventional ceramic glaze, the wear resistance and the strength are obviously improved.
本发明涉及一种高强度耐磨的釉水及其制备方法，包括以下步骤：步骤1，原料预处理：将石英粉、高岭土、方解石粉、滑石粉、长石粉、复合粉末、氧化镁、氧化铜、三聚磷酸钠，在烘箱内干燥后，按量称取，备用；步骤2，原料研磨混合；步骤3，制备釉水：调节固含量，充分混合后，得到高强度耐磨的釉水。本发明区别于常规的地方在于，还加入了自制的包覆型复合粉末，相比较于常规的陶瓷釉表现，耐磨性和强度方面均有较为明显的提升。
