Preparation method of polycarboxylic acid admixture for reducing viscosity of concrete
The invention provides a preparation method of a polycarboxylic acid admixture for reducing the viscosity of concrete. The method comprises the steps: preparing an intermediate solution from cyclic polyether and deionized water, and keeping the temperature of an intermediate solution at a preset first temperature; preparing a solution from an acrylic monomer, an initiator and a chain transfer agent, and taking the solution as a dropwise adding solution; uniformly adding the dropwise adding solution into the intermediate solution within a preset first duration, and continuously stirring; and after dropwise adding is completed, continuously keeping the temperature at the preset first temperature, and stirring for a preset second duration, so as to obtain the polycarboxylic acid admixture. The polycarboxylic acid admixture capable of being used for reducing the viscosity of fresh mixed concrete can be prepared by applying the preparation method disclosed by the invention.
本发明提供了一种用于降低混凝土粘度的聚羧酸外加剂的制备方法。该方法包括:将环状聚醚与去离子水配置成中间溶液,并使得该中间溶液的温度保持在预设的第一温度;将丙烯酸类单体、引发剂和链转移剂配置成溶液,并将该溶液作为滴加液;在预设的第一时长内,将滴加液均匀地加入中间溶液中,并不断搅拌;滴加完成后,继续保持在预设的第一温度,并搅拌预设的第二时长,得到聚羧酸外加剂。应用本发明可以制备得到可用于降低新拌混凝土的粘度的聚羧酸外加剂。
