Enhanced alkali-free setting accelerator as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an enhanced alkali-free setting accelerator as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The enhanced alkali-free setting accelerator is prepared from the followingcomponents: 17-24% of an ionic ammonium-aluminum complex solution, 23-28% of aluminum sulfate, 5-8% of a stabilizer, 12-17% of an enhancer, 1-3% of a thickener and the balance of water, totaling 100%, wherein the percentages are mass percentages. The preparation method comprises the following steps: complexing aluminum ions in aluminum nitrate with diethanolisopropanolamine serving as a matrix toform a stable complex; and adding aluminum sulfate, a stabilizer, an enhancer and a thickener into the aluminum-containing complex. The complex is formed by aluminum ions and diethanolisopropanolamine, so that the stability of the alkali-free setting accelerator can be improved, and the setting acceleration efficiency and the adaptability to various types of cement can be improved. By adding thestabilizer, supersaturated aluminum ions in the alkali-free setting accelerator can be prevented from being crystallized and separated out, and certain help is provided for cement coagulation promotion and early strength of cement paste. The enhancer is added, so that the early and later strength of the cement can be improved, and a coagulation promoting effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种增强型无碱速凝剂及其制备方法和应用,由以下组分制备得到:离子型氨铝配合物溶液17~24%,硫酸铝23~28%,稳定剂5~8%,增强剂12~17%,增稠剂1~3%,余量为水,总量100%;所述百分比均为质量百分比。以二乙醇单异丙醇胺为母体将硝酸铝中的铝离子与其络合形成稳定的配合物;再向含铝配合物中加入硫酸铝、稳定剂、增强剂和增稠剂组分即可得到。通过铝离子与二乙醇单异丙醇胺形成配合物,不但可以提高无碱速凝剂的稳定性还可以提高其速凝效率和对各种水泥的适应性。加入稳定剂可以保证无碱速凝剂中过饱和的铝离子不会结晶析出,而且对水泥促凝和水泥浆体早强有一定的帮助。增强剂的加入不但可以提高水泥的早后期强度而且也具有促凝的作用。
