The invention belongs to the technical field of Jun porcelain manufacturing, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of ice cracked glaze Jun porcelain artware, wherein the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a green body: crushing kaolin, quartz, talc, spodumene and lithium oxide in proportion, adding water into a ball mill for ball milling, and injecting the obtained green body slurry into a green body mold for molding to obtain a molded green body; (2) preparing a biscuit body: airing the molded biscuit body, putting the molded biscuit body into a kiln for firing, and naturally cooling to obtain the biscuit body; (3) preparing glaze slip: crushing albite, melilite, quartz, a coloring agent, aluminum oxide, zirconium silicate, zinc oxide andplant ash in proportion, adding into a ball mill, adding water, and carrying out ball milling to obtain the glaze slip; (4) glazing: glazing the biscuit body with the glaze slip; and (5) firing: airing the glazed biscuit body, putting in a kiln, firing and naturally cooling to obtain the ice cracked glaze jun porcelain artware. The Jun porcelain artware prepared by the process is uniform in glazecolor, high in glossiness, good in ice cracked effect and strong in stereoscopic impression.
本发明属于钧瓷制作技术领域，具体涉及一种冰裂釉钧瓷工艺品的制作工艺，包括如下步骤：（1）制作坯体：将配比例的高岭土、石英、滑石、锂辉石、氧化锂粉碎后加入球磨机中加水球磨，将得到的坯浆注入坯体模具内成型，得成型坯体；（2）制作素坯体：将成型坯体晾干后放入窑炉中烧制，自然冷却后得素坯体；（3）制作釉浆：将配比例的钠长石、黄长石、石英、着色剂、氧化铝、硅酸锆、氧化锌、草木灰粉碎后加入球磨机中加水球磨，得釉浆；（4）施釉：将釉浆在素坯体上进行施釉；（5）烧制：将施釉后的素坯体晾干后，放入窑炉中烧制，自然冷却后即得冰裂釉钧瓷工艺品。本发明制得的钧瓷工艺品的釉色均匀，光泽度高，冰裂纹效果好，立体感强。
