High-temperature ceramic coating layer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature ceramic coating layer, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps: by taking a mixture of polycarbosilane and polysilazane asa precursor, preparing a ceramic phase coating layer taking SiC-SiCN as a main component on the surface of a C/C composite material; and then taking SiC powder as a main component, preparing a secondcoating layer on the surface of the C/C composite material through high-temperature sintering, and finally, depositing a BN coating layer on the surface. Meanwhile, the invention further provides theceramic coating layer obtained through the method, the ceramic coating layer is used for coating layer protection of the C/C composite material, the tensile property can be improved by 8% or above atthe normal temperature, and good high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance are achieved.
本发明提供了一种本发明提出了高温陶瓷涂层的制备方法,是首先以聚碳硅烷和聚硅氮烷的混合物为前驱体,在C/C复合材料表面制备以SiC‑SiCN为主要成分的陶瓷相涂层;随后以SiC粉末为主要成分,在C/C复合材料表面高温烧结制备第二层涂层,最后在表面沉积一层BN涂层。同时,还提供了上述方法获得陶瓷涂层,用于C/C复合材料的涂层保护,能够在常温下拉伸性能提升8%以上,具有良好的耐高温、抗氧化性能。
