Sunken well lid repairing material and repairing process
The invention discloses a sunken well lid repairing material and repairing process. The sunken well lid repairing material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45 parts of E44 epoxyresin, 15 parts of diluent 501, 20 parts of No.70 asphalt, 18-23 parts of a T31 curing agent, 5 parts of an accelerant DMP-30, 10 parts of a flexibilizer CTBN, 25 parts of 400-mesh talcum powder, 10 parts of 32.5 cement, 8 parts of aramid fiber 1414 and 3 parts of a coupling agent KH550. The process does not cause new damage to the original road surface, and the material can be directly adhered tothe surface of the original well lid no matter whether the original well lid is made of cast iron or a composite material, so that the original well lid is directly thickened, and the bearing capacity of the original well lid is enhanced; and a foam plug or a rubber plug can be used for plugging the opening hole and the ventilation hole of the well lid during well lid repairing, so that the welllid base and the opening hole cannot be damaged. The process is high in repairing speed and efficiency and short in traffic influence time.
本发明公开了一种沉降井盖修复材料及其修复工艺,沉降井盖修复材料中各组分物质按重量组份计为:E44环氧树脂45份,稀释剂501 15份,70号沥青20份,T31固化剂18‑23份,促进剂DMP‑30 5份,增韧剂CTBN 10份,滑石粉400目25份,32.5水泥10份,芳纶1414 8份,偶联剂KH550 3份。本工艺不会对原路面带来新的破坏,不论原井盖是铸铁材质还是复合材料,本材料均可以直接粘在原井盖表面,是对原井盖的直接增厚与承载力的加强;通过泡沫塞或橡胶塞可以在进行井盖修复是对其开启孔和通风孔进行堵塞,从而不会对井盖基座和开启孔造成破坏,本工艺修复速度快、效率高,影响交通时间短。
