REPAIRING METHOD FOR SUNKEN PAVEMENT
The present invention relates to a road sinking repair method which forms at least one injection hole in a sinking area to repair a crack created when forming the injection hole first to repair the sinking area when supplying a repair solution and a filling material through the corresponding injection hole to repair the corresponding sinking area. More specifically, the road sinking repair method comprises: 1) a step of forming a first injection hole penetrating a sinking area of an asphalt layer and resulting from drilling a portion of a riprap layer; 2) a step of inserting an injection unit into the first injection hole to sequentially supply hot air and a reinforcing solution to repair a crack; 3) a step of supplying a repair solution to the riprap layer through the first injection hole of which the crack is repaired; 4) a step of penetrating the hardened repair solution to drill to expose the surface of a ground layer to form a second injection hole, and injecting a filling material into the second injection hole to lift the asphalt layer with the repair solution upwards to harden to flatten the sinking area with the surface of the asphalt layer; and 5) a step of supplying a finishing material to the second injection hole to carry out finishing work. In step 1), a mounting unit is further formed on the surface of the asphalt layer and is connected to the first injection hole to mount and fix the injection unit. In step 2), the hot air heats the crack first and then the repair solution is filled in the corresponding crack.
본 발명은 적어도 하나의 주입공을 침하영역에 형성하여 해당 주입공을 통해 보수액과 충진재를 공급하여 해당 침하영역을 보수시에 상기 주입공을 형성시에 발생하는 크랙을 선 보수하여 침하영역을 보수할 수 있는 도로침하 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 1)상기 아스팔트층의 침하영역을 관통하되 상기 잡석층의 일부가 타공된 제1주입층을 형성하는 단계와, 2)상기 제1주입공에 주입부를 삽입하여 온풍과 보강액을 순차적으로 공급하여 크랙을 보수하는 단계와, 3)크랙이 보수된 상기 제1주입공을 통해 상기 잡석층에 보수액을 공급하는 단계와, 4)경화된 보수액을 관통하여 상기 지반층 표면이 노출되게 타공하여 제2주입공을 형성하되 상기 제2주입공에 충진재을 주입하여 상기 보수액과 함께 상기 아스팔트층을 상방으로 들어올려 상기 침하영역이 상기 아스팔트층의 표면과 평탄해질 수 있게 경화하는 단계 및 5)상기 제2주입공에 마감재를 공급하여 마감작업을 실행하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 1)단계에서는 상기 아스팔트층 표면에 상기 제1주입공과 이어지되 상기 주입부가 안착 고정되기 위한 안착부가 더 형성되며, 상기 2)단계에서 온풍은 크랙을 먼저 가열시킨 상태에서 보수액이 해당 크랙 내부에 충진될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a road sinking repair method which forms at least one injection hole in a sinking area to repair a crack created when forming the injection hole first to repair the sinking area when supplying a repair solution and a filling material through the corresponding injection hole to repair the corresponding sinking area.
