Fabricated steel-concrete bent cap and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated steel-concrete bent cap which comprises a box-shaped bent cap body defined by a bottom plate, two side plates and two end plates, and a notch used for being connected with the end of a pier stud in an inserted mode is formed in the bottom plate; a plurality of shear plates which are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bridge are connected to the innerside of the bent cap body and are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction of the bridge; the outer edges of the shear plates are fixedly connected with the bottom plate and the two sideplates respectively; a plurality of transverse through holes are formed in the plate faces of the shear plates, transverse reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the transverse through holes in a penetrating mode, and the shear plates are connected in a penetrating mode through the transverse reinforcing steel bars. The invention further discloses a construction method using the fabricated steel-concrete bent cap. The bent cap body serves as a carrier, the shear plates are arranged in the bent cap body, the shear plates are connected through the transverse steel bars to share shear stress together, then the bent cap body is hoisted to the end of the pier stud, and concrete is cast in place in the bent cap body; compared with hoisting and assembling of a prefabricated integral bent cap, operability is higher, hoisting difficulty is remarkably reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公布了一种装配式钢混盖梁,包括底板、两侧板和两端板围成的箱形盖梁本体,底板开设有用于与墩柱端部进行插接的槽口;于盖梁本体内侧连接有平行于桥梁纵向设置的多个剪力板,多个剪力板沿桥梁横向间隔排布;剪力板的外缘分别与底板和两侧板固定连接;剪力板的板面开设有若干横向通孔,于横向通孔内穿设有横向钢筋,并通过横向钢筋将多个剪力板穿设连接。及利用该装配式钢混盖梁进行施工的方法。本发明以盖梁本体作为载体,并在其内设剪力板,通过横向钢筋将剪力板连接共同分担剪切应力,随后将盖梁本体吊装至墩柱端部后,向盖梁本体内现浇混凝土即可,相比预制整体盖梁进行起吊装配更具可操作性,显著降低了吊装难度,提高了施工效率。
