The pinhole device extends into a wall to be overhauled, the two grouting pipes are correspondingly filled with differentoriginal grout, the original grout is mixed into mixed grout for grouting and leaking stoppage in the mixer, the mixed grout is injected into a hole to be overhauled along the pinhole device through the grouting pump and the grouting gun, leaking stoppage can be achieved after the mixed grout is solidified, and the construction efficiency and safety of the grouting leaking stoppage operation in the high-pressure flowing water state are remarkably improved.
