The invention relates to a fixing structure and fixing method for foamed ceramic molding lines. The fixing structure comprises the foamed ceramic molding lines, a precast concrete bridging piece and aconnecting assembly, wherein a positioning groove for inserting the front end surface of the precast concrete bridging piece is formed in the back surface of the foamed ceramic line, a clamping groove is formed in the side surface of the foamed ceramic line, a bonding layer is arranged at the joint of the foamed ceramic line and the precast concrete bridging piece, and the connecting assembly comprises a Z-shaped fixing piece and an anchoring piece. The invention aims to provide the fixing structure and the fixing method for the foamed ceramic molding lines, and the fixing structure are conveniently and stably installed. The fixing structure and the fixing method have the advantages that 1, mold opening of the precast concrete bridging piece is simple and low in cost; 2, molding lines aremanufactured by utilizing the characteristic of good modularity of the foamed ceramic, so that the modeling of an external facade of a complex building is met; and 3, the foamed ceramic lines and theprecast concrete bridging piece are connected simply, conveniently and firmly, and the requirements of curved facade modeling can be met.
本发明涉及一种发泡陶瓷造型线条的固定结构及固定方法，它包括发泡陶瓷线条、预制混凝土挑板以及连接组件；所述发泡陶瓷线条的背面开设有用于插置预制混凝土挑板前端面的定位凹槽，所述发泡陶瓷线条的侧面开设有卡槽，且发泡陶瓷线条与预制混凝土挑板的结合部设有粘接层；所述连接组件包括Z字型固定件以及锚固件。本发明的目的在于提供一种安装便捷、稳定的发泡陶瓷造型线条的固定结构及固定方法。本发明的优点在于：1.预制混凝土挑板模具开模简单，成本低廉；2.利用发泡陶瓷可模性好的特点，制作成造型线条，满足复杂建筑外立面造型；3.发泡陶瓷线条、预制混凝土挑板二者连接简单、方便、牢靠。并且可以适应曲面立面造型的需求。
