The construction support comprises a movable base,a bearing lifting mechanism, a cargo lifting mechanism and a positioning mechanism, wherein the bearing lifting mechanism is arranged on the movable base and comprises a bearing lifting frame and a bearing driving assembly; the bearing driving assembly is arranged on the movable base; the bearing lifting frame is arranged at the working end of the bearing driving assembly; the cargo lifting mechanism is arranged on the bearing lifting frame and comprises a cargo box and a cargo carrying driving assembly; the cargo carrying driving assembly is arranged in the bearing lifting frame; the cargo box is arranged at the working end of the cargo carrying driving assembly; the positioning mechanism comprises four positioning assemblies arranged at the corners of the movable base correspondingly; and each positioning assembly comprises a positioning block used for positioning the movable base. The construction support is convenient to move and can automatically ascend and descend according to the needed height, and the working efficiency is improved.
