The invention discloses a cable hole fireproof plugging method. The cable hole fireproof plugging method comprises the steps that a hole prefabricated part is manufactured according to the size of a cable hole, a prefabricated hole allowing a cable to pass through is formed in the hole prefabricated part, and at least one bolt is arranged on the hole prefabricated part; the hole prefabricated partis fixed to the position of the cable hole in a to-be-poured floor; the hole prefabricated part and the to-be-poured floor are poured together; a fireproof plate is manufactured according to the sizeof the hole prefabricated part, and a cable through hole and at least one fixing through hole are formed in the fireproof plate; and the fireproof plate is fixed on the hole prefabricated part through the fixing through holes and bolts. The invention further provides a cable hole fireproof plugging device. The cable hole fireproof plugging device comprises the hole prefabricated part and the fireproof plate. By adopting the cable hole fireproof plugging method and device, the appearance quality of a pipe pile can be automatically inspected, the fireproof plugging efficiency of the cable holeis improved, and the plugging time is saved.
