The invention relates to a shock-isolation rubber column used for a high-rise building. The shock-isolation rubber column is formed by mutually superposing rubber plates and thin steel plates throughheat vulcanization, wherein the rubber plates and the thin steel plates are crossed and bonded together layer by layer; upper and lower ends of the rubber column are connected to sealing plates and tetrafluoroethylene boards; the rubber column is arranged in a gap of adjacent rolling shafts between the sealing plates and the tetrafluoroethylene boards; the rolling shafts are made of a bearing steel material; arc-shaped grooves which are adaptive to the rolling shafts are formed in the sealing plates and the tetrafluoroethylene boards; and the outer ends of the multiple rolling shafts are connected to connecting rods through locating pins. According to the shock-isolation rubber column used for the high-rise building disclosed by the invention, the rolling shafts, the rubber column and a reinforcing plate are mutually cooperated, so that a vibration amplitude of the building is reduced, impact, on the building, of earthquake waves is resisted, and the center force-bearing degree of thebuilding is guaranteed.
