The invention relates to an electro-hydraulic control method of a pump truck. The electro-hydraulic control method comprises the following steps that gears of an engine are divided into a low-gear area and a high-gear area according to the increasing rotating speed of the engine; the low-gear area is divided into at least two gears according to the increasing rotating speed of the engine; when therotating speed of the engine is in the low-gear area, oil is supplied to all oil cylinders through a oil pumps; when the rotating speed of the engine is in the high-gear area, oil is supplied to allthe oil cylinders through c oil pumps; and c is larger than a, and all the oil pumps work alternately. The electro-hydraulic control method is applied to the technical field of concrete pump trucks.
