The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a disposable composite facing fireproof plate, and relates to the technical field of fireproof plates. The manufacturing method comprises the following procedures that a facing material is heated and extruded; a facing is manufactured, specifically, interwoven cloth is placed on the back face of the facing material, and shaping rolling is conductedthrough rolling equipment; slurry is prepared, specifically, slurry materials are mixed together and stirred evenly, and the slurry is obtained; a base plate is prepared, specifically, the slurry isplaced into a slurry containing hopper, the roller gap is adjusted, the slurry passes through a roller, and the slurry is evenly laid on the facing; a medium material is prepared, specifically, mediummaterial materials are mixed together and stirred evenly; first-time curing is conducted, specifically, the medium material is evenly laid on the base plate through a medium material hopper, and thencuring is conducted; demolding is conducted; and second-time curing is conducted, specifically, curing is conducted again. According to the manufacturing method, the bonding effect is achieved through mutual permeation between the slurry and the facing, after solidification shaping, the facing and the slurry are bonded, thus the procedure of adding a bonding agent into the slurry is omitted, thetechnological process is reduced, and accordingly the production efficiency is improved.
