The invention provides a method for processing waste phosphogypsum into plastering gypsum, a formula comprises: phosphogypsum, coal gangue or industrial breeze, bentonite or yellow clay, and the method comprises the following steps of: 1, crushing coal gangue or industrial breeze into powder with a particle size of 0.01-0.3; 2, putting the powder into a stirrer to be stirred uniformly, then adding12-14% of clear water, stirring the substances uniformly, and pressing the mixture into spheroid by using a ball press machine at a temperature of 2-45DEG C; 3, naturally air-drying the semi-finishedproduct pressed into the spheroid; 4, feeding the air-dried semi-finished product into a vertical environment-friendly calcining kiln, and performing calcining at 800-1100DEG C for 5-8h; and 5, additionally adding 30-40% of finished cement clinker or a coagulant aid into the calcined semi-finished mixture according to the total weight, stirring the substances uniformly, and preparing the productinto powder with fineness of 350g/cm<2> by using a ball mill, thereby obtaining the finished product. The preparation method is simple and reliable, waste raw materials are fully utilized, resources are saved, and the product cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种利用废料磷石膏加工为粉刷石膏的方法,配方:磷石膏、煤矸石或工业煤碴、彭润土或黄黏土,方法:1、将煤矸石或工业煤碴粉碎至颗粒为0.01~0.3的粉料;2、放入搅拌机内搅拌均匀,再加入12~14%清水搅拌均匀后,在温度2~45℃状态下用压球机压制为球状体;3、将压制为球状体的半成品自然风干;4、将风干后的半成品送入立式环保煅烧窑内在800~1100℃状态下煅烧5~8小时;5、将煅烧后的半成品混合料按总重量另添加30~40%的成品水泥熟料或助凝剂拌匀后,用球磨机制成粉状料,细度为比表面积350g/cm2,即为成品。本制备方法简单可靠,充分利用了废弃原料,有利节约资源和降低产品成本。
