The method comprises the following steps of: hydrolyzing silicon dioxide sol and Al2O3 sol for 1-5h, dropwise adding the silicon dioxide sol into the Al2O3 sol, performing mechanical stirring at room temperature for 8-26h to obtain Al2O3-SiO2 mixed sol, adding fibers and phase change microcapsules into the Al2O3-SiO2 mixed sol, mechanically stirring the substances uniformly at room temperature, then adding a sol polymerization accelerator for gelatinization to obtain phase change microcapsule composite Al2O3-SiO2 gel, soaking the phase change microcapsule composite Al2O3-SiO2 gel into an anhydrous ethanol solution for aging for 10-40h, then performing soaking into a hydrophobic modifier, and finally drying the phase change microcapsule composite Al2O3-SiO2 gel under normal temperature and normal pressure for 10-40h, and conducting drying for 3-15h atthe temperature of 36-85DEG C to obtain the phase change microcapsule composite Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel. 本发明提供一种相变微胶囊复合三氧化铝—二氧化硅气凝胶及其制备方法,将二氧化硅溶胶和Al2O3溶胶水解1‑5h后,将二氧化硅溶胶逐滴加入Al2O3溶胶中,室温条件下机械搅拌8‑26h后,得到Al2O3‑SiO2混合溶胶,再向上述Al2O3‑SiO2混合溶胶中加入纤维及相变微胶囊,室温条件下机械搅拌均匀后,再加入溶胶聚合促进剂发生凝胶化后,即得到相变微胶囊复合Al2O3‑SiO2凝胶,将相变微胶囊复合Al2O3‑SiO2凝胶浸在无水乙醇溶液中老化10‑40h后,再浸入疏水改性剂中,最后将相变微胶囊复合Al2O3‑SiO2凝胶在常温常压下干燥10‑40h,在36‑85℃下干燥3‑15h后,即得到相变微胶囊复合Al2O3‑SiO2气凝胶。在不改变气凝胶自身隔热特性的同时,增加基蓄热功能,从而提高硅基气凝胶复合材料的保温隔热效率及能源利用率。
