The invention discloses a phase change microcapsule packaged by adopting a silicon dioxide coating and a preparation method of the phase change microcapsule, and relates to the field of phase change microcapsules. The phase change microcapsule is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10 to 20 weight percent of phase change microcapsule, 15 to 55 weight percent of oil phase, 10 to 35 weight percent of liquid phase, 1.5 to 4 weight percent of surfactant and 20 to 35 weight percent of acid liquor, wherein the total content of the raw materials is 100 weight percent. The method is characterized in that a porous carrier is used for loading a phase-change material to prepare a phase-change microcapsule, and then a silicon dioxide coating is formed on the surface of the phase-change microcapsule by taking the phase-change microcapsule as a reaction site through interfacial polymerization reaction, so that the phase-change microcapsule is packaged. The phase-change microcapsule encapsulated by the silicon dioxide coating can be used in building materials such as concrete, so that the incompatibility of the phase-change microcapsule and a cement matrix can be improved, the leakage of an internal core material phase-change material is avoided, the mechanical property of the phase-change concrete is enhanced, the microstructure of the concrete is compacted, the thermal performance is improved, and the building energy consumption and carbon emission can be reduced; and the realization of a dual-carbon strategic target is facilitated.
本发明公开一种采用二氧化硅涂层封装的相变微胶囊及其制备方法,涉及相变微胶囊领域。所述制备相变微胶囊包括如下重量百分比的原料:相变微胶囊10wt%‑20wt%,油相15wt%‑55wt%,液相10wt%‑35wt%,表面活性剂1.5wt%‑4wt%,酸液20wt%‑35wt%,以上原料的含量总和为100wt%。其特点是先使用多孔载体负载相变材料制得相变微胶囊,然后通过界面聚合反应以相变微胶囊为反应位点,在其表面形成二氧化硅涂层,从而实现对相变微胶囊进行封装。经二氧化硅涂层封装的相变微胶囊可用于混凝土等建筑材料中,不仅能改善相变微胶囊与水泥基体的不兼容性,避免内部芯材相变材料的泄露,增强相变混凝土的力学性能,密实混凝土微观结构,增加热工性能,还能降低建筑能耗和碳排放,助力“双碳”战略目标的实现。
