Preparation method of composite plant fiber cement board
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a preparation method of a composite plant fiber cement board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) stirring and mixing plant straw fibers, a sodium hydroxide solution and a zinc oxide solution with a pre-cooled urea solution to obtain a plant straw fiber solution; (2) activating fly ash fibers, adding the activated fly ash fibers into a mixed solution of a silane coupling agent, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and PVA, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain modified fly ash fibers; (3) mixing the plant straw fiber solution with the modified fly ash fibers, adding an etherifying agent, urease and a calcium nitrate solution, stirring at 70-85 DEG C, and adding carboxylated carbon nanotubes to obtain a modified fiber solution; and (4) taking cement, the modified fiber solution, a water reducing agent and a defoaming agent, uniformly stirring and mixing, carrying out injection molding, demolding and curing. Plant straw fibers and fly ash fibers are modified, so that the mechanical properties of the fiber cement board are improved.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,公开了一种复合植物纤维水泥板的制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)取植物秸秆纤维、氢氧化钠溶液和氧化锌溶液,与预冷尿素溶液搅拌混合后得植物秸秆纤维溶液;(2)粉煤灰纤维活化后加入到硅烷偶联剂、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和PVA的混合溶液中,超声处理得到改性粉煤灰纤维;(3)将植物秸秆纤维溶液和改性粉煤灰纤维混合,加入醚化剂、脲酶和硝酸钙溶液,70‑85℃条件下搅拌后加入羧基化碳纳米管得改性纤维溶液;(4)取水泥,改性纤维溶液,减水剂,消泡剂,搅拌混合均匀后注模成型,脱模,养护。本发明对植物秸秆纤维和粉煤灰纤维进行改性处理,改善了纤维水泥板的力学性能。
