Fiber cement composite board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fiber cement composite board and a preparation method thereof. The fiber cement composite board structurally comprises a fiber board layer, a gelling component layer and a facing layer, wherein the fiber board layer and the facing layer are bonded through the gelling component layer; wherein the fiberboard layer is prepared from the following raw materials: carbonizable gelling components, reinforced fibers and water; and the gelling component layer comprises the following raw materials: carbonizable cement. The gelling component layer is arranged between the fiberboard layer and the facing layer to realize tight combination between the layers, so that the fiber cement composite board has excellent physical and mechanical properties, bubbling and layering of the board are avoided, the facing layer of the fiber cement composite board cannot fall off after long-term use indoors and outdoors, and the decorative effect is good. The fiber cement composite board provided by the invention does not need steam curing, and not only is simple in preparation process, short in period and excellent in performance, but also has a good decorative effect.
本发明公开一种纤维水泥复合板及其制备方法。该纤维水泥复合板的结构包括:纤维板层、胶凝组分层和饰面层,且纤维板层与饰面层通过胶凝组分层粘结;其中,纤维板层的原料包括:可碳化胶凝组分、增强纤维和水;胶凝组分层的原料包括:可碳化水泥。本发明通过在纤维板层和饰面层之间设置胶凝组分层实现层与层之间的紧密结合,使得纤维水泥复合板具有优异的物理力学性能,板材不会出现鼓泡分层,在室内外长期使用后,纤维水泥复合板的饰面层不会脱落,装饰效果良好。本发明提供的纤维水泥复合板,无需蒸养,不仅制备过程简单、周期短、性能优异,还具有良好的装饰效果。
