The invention discloses a method for prolonging the service life of a ladle upper nozzle brick cup, the ladle upper nozzle brick cup comprises the following raw materials: magnesia, graphite, boron nitride, 80% Al aluminum-silicon alloy powder, carbon-containing resin liquid powder, resin liquid and a composite antioxidant, the composite antioxidant is formed by compounding metal aluminum powder,metal silicon powder, silicon carbide and boron carbide, and the composite antioxidant and other fine powder are premixed. The method comprises the following steps: mixing aggregate and resin liquid at a low speed for 2-3 minutes, putting the mixture and premixed fine powder into an intermediate speed for mixing for 20-25 minutes, discharging, putting into an upper nozzle brick mold, molding by apress machine, controlling the volume density to be 2.95-3.03 g/cm <3>, baking in an electric kiln at 200 DEG C for 24 hours, and taking out the brick cup from the kiln. By adopting the composite antioxidant, the erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance stability of the ladle upper nozzle brick cup can be improved, the service life is prolonged by about 1.3 times compared with the existingservice life, the production cost can be reduced, the energy consumption is reduced, and the environment is protected.
本发明公开了一种提高钢包上水口座砖使用寿命的方法,原料构成为:镁砂、石墨、氮化硼、80%Al的铝硅合金粉、含碳树脂液粉、树脂液、复合抗氧化剂,其中复合抗氧化剂为金属铝粉、金属硅粉、碳化硅、碳化硼复合,将复合抗氧化剂和其他细粉进行预混合;将骨料和树脂液低速混练2~3分钟后,与经过预混合处理后的细粉料,投入中速混练20~25分钟,然后出料,放入上水口砖型模具,压力机成型,体积密度2.95~3.03g/cm3,经过电窑烘烤温度200℃,24小时,座砖出窑。本发明采用复合抗氧化剂能够提高钢包上水口座砖抗侵蚀性能、抗热震稳定性,寿命提高为现有的1.3倍左右,能够降低生产成本,节约能耗,保护环境。
