The invention provides a manufacturing method of a glazed low-sodium ceramic chip, which comprises the following steps: weighing frit raw materials, mixing, adding into a frit furnace, calcining, melting, flowing out of the frit furnace, carrying out water quenching to obtain a frit for later use, weighing a glazed glaze raw material, carrying out ball milling for 8-12 hours to obtain glaze slip,sampling the glaze slip, sieving the glaze slip with a 80-120-mesh sieve, measuring the sieve residue with a 325-mesh sieve, controlling the sieve residue to be 0.1-0.6%, discharging the glaze slip after the sieve residue is qualified, performing ball milling, sieving the glaze slip with the 80-120-mesh sieve, aging for later use, after ground coat is applied to the biscuit, uniformly applying theglaze with the smooth surface to the ground coat in a spraying mode, and after printing, firing to obtain a bright low-sodium glazed ceramic chip.
