Underwater pier stud dismantling method
The invention discloses municipal engineering bridge construction, and relates to an underwater pier stud dismantling method which comprises the following steps: (1) performing construction preparation; (2) manufacturing a clamp; (3) cutting a pier stud, determining a cutting position, and cutting by adopting a hydraulic rope saw; (4) preparing a clamp, electrifying, connecting a hydraulic system,lifting the clamp by adopting a truck crane, moving the clamp to a position above the top of the pier stud, slowly lowering the clamp, sleeving the clamp on the pier stud, starting a hydraulic pump after the positioning is finished, and clamping the pier stud by a hoop; and (5) hoisting and loading. The construction technology is high in operation efficiency, hoisting of one section of pier column can be completed within 15 min averagely through field actual measurement, meanwhile, the construction method device can be suitable for hoisting of pier columns with different diameters, flexible operation is achieved in water, the hoisting efficiency is greatly improved, the time cost is saved, and the work efficiency is improved.
本发明市政工程桥梁施工,涉及水下墩柱拆除方法,包括以下步骤:(1)施工准备;(2)制作夹具;(3)切割墩柱,确定切割位置,采用液压绳锯机切割;(4)夹具准备,接电、接液压系统,夹具采用汽车吊提升并移动至墩柱顶上方,缓慢下放,套在墩柱上,定位完成后启动液压泵,抱箍夹紧墩柱;(5)吊装、装车。本施工工艺技术操作效率高,经过现场实测,平均15min即可完成一节墩柱吊装,同时该工法装置可适用不同直径墩柱吊装,在水中灵活操作,大大提高吊装效率,节约时间成本,提高工效。
